Are your financial statements XBRL ready?
As per Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), all Singapore incorporated companies, either unlimited or limited by shares (unless exempted), are required to file a full set of financial statements in XBRL format, in compliance with the minimum requirement list of the new ACRA Taxonomy 2013.
The revised XBRL filing requirements are applicable with effect from 3 March 2014. Filing of Partial XBRL, under the current XBRL filing system, will no longer be available to the companies.
